AppPujas offers customized digital services, including app development, UI/UX design, and digital marketing. Due to the nature of these services:
- All advance payments are non-refundable once the project has started
- Payments made for completed work or delivered milestones are non-refundable
- No refunds will be issued for change of mind or business decisions after work has begun
Project Cancellation
If a client chooses to cancel a project:
- Before work has started: A partial refund may be considered after deducting administrative charges
- After work has started: No refund will be provided
Any completed work up to the cancellation date will be billed accordingly.
Digital Marketing Services
For digital marketing services:
- Setup fees, ad management fees, and campaign costs are non-refundable
- Refunds are not provided for performance-based expectations such as leads, sales, or rankings
Results may vary depending on market conditions and competition.
Delays & Client Responsibility
No refunds will be issued for delays caused by:
- Late feedback or approvals from the client
- Incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client
- Third-party service issues (hosting, app stores, ad platforms, APIs)
Exceptional Circumstances
In rare cases, AppPujas may consider refunds at its sole discretion if services were not delivered as agreed. Such decisions are final and binding.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved:
- It will be processed within 7–10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
